Any change causes insecurity and fear at first, but when we focus on the wonderful possibilities that a new beginning holds and move forward with determination, our willingness and drive to accomplish our goals outweigh our fear of failure, and we develop a positive attitude. Be positive, take baby steps, and celebrate every victory along the way to becoming the best versions of yourself every day.

There is no sitting still, we are either spiralling upward or straight down. One of the first steps to success is becoming comfortable with being uncomfortable, and when one begins to embrace challenges and becomes energized by the prospect of overcoming them, success takes on a whole new meaning. This is a quality I see in the majority of successful leaders. There is a complete shift and transformation that occurs.

The true goal of life is to progress and grow. Growth, on the other hand, isn't always easy. While a comfort zone is a lovely place to be, many have discovered that nothing ever grows there. Grow at your own pace, learn as much as possible, and make friends in subjects that interest you.

Success is found outside of our comfort zones

The most valuable lessons are learned through adversity and discomfort. Regardless of whether you succeed or fail, you'll discover that you're a powerful and resilient person. It's by tapping into this feeling that you'll find inspiration and support to keep moving forward, learning, and growing.

"Just what makes you uncomfortable is your most fertile ground for development." Bryant McGill (Bryant McGill). You will not see progress if you choose to stay in your comfort zone. To succeed and improve, you must go over and above what you already know. We can only make progress if we try new things. We achieve our objectives by pushing our capabilities and skills to new heights.

Pushing yourself to the limit is a good thing. You anticipate positive outcomes. When you put in a lot of effort but don't see results (financial or otherwise), frustration sets in and the discomfort zone expands. The key is to recognize when that situation arises and learn how to avoid or eliminate it before it reaches that dangerous level.
